We’ll respond within 48 hours with next steps and return shipping details.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrect
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return your item and place a new order.
6. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
