We believe in movement with meaning and shopping with confidence. If something doesn’t fit or feel right, here’s how we handle returns:



1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return any item within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Include your order number in all return requests.


 

2. Items Not Eligible

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

  • Final-sale or discounted items (unless defective)


 

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email or Phone

  • Order number

We’ll respond within 48 hours with next steps and return shipping details.

 


 

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrect


 

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return your item and place a new order.


 

6. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • An incorrect product was sent
